Operating Hours

 

🕢 Daily: 7:30 AM–6:30 PM
💰 Saturdays: 1.5x normal rate
💰 Sundays & Bank Holidays: 2x normal rate
👴 OAP Discounts: 10% off (proof of age required)

 

Dog walking rates

 

Group Walks

• 1 dog for 30 minutes: £9
• Additional dog (same household) for 30 minutes: £4.50
• 1 dog for 1 hour: £13
• Additional dog (same household) for 1 hour: £6.50

One-to-One Walks

• 30 minutes: £13
• 1 hour: £19

Special Long Walks (Monthly on Sundays)

• Cost: £30 per dog
• Duration: Minimum 4 hours
• Note: Maximum of 3 dogs on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Pet sitting rates

(per 20-minute visit to the owner’s home)

• 1 visit per day: £10
• 2 visits per day: £18
• 3 Visits per Day: £24
  🔍 includes clean-up and medication administration.

 

Pet Transport

• Rate: £18 per hour (or part thereof)
• Fuel Surcharge: 60 ppm if over 10 miles round trip

 

Payment Methods

• Options: Cash, PayPal, Bank Transfer
• Timing: Payment should be made in advance.

 

Cancellation Policy

• Less than 24 hours’ Notice: Charged at full rate

 

Additional Notes

• 🚗 Free pick-up and return for dogs within 5 miles of BB10 3HY. Beyond this, a charge of 60p per mile applies.
• 🛁 Towel down and basic brushing are provided before returning your dog.
